We’re hiring…

… an expe­ri­enced Account Executive (French-speaking) in Belgium to approach prospects in Brussels & Wallonia and convince them of the power of our Kadonation Select platform. Your focus is on pipeline building, rela­tion­ship management, closing new sales deals and keeping the CRM database up to date. You take ownership of the entire French-speaking market.

What are your respon­si­bil­i­ties?

  • You are respon­si­ble for lead generation and sales of our platform and B2B gift offering in French-speaking Belgium (Brussels & Wallonia)
  • You ensure a steady flow of outbound leads (relying on a target list as well as follow-up MQL’s), follow up on them and are also respon­si­ble for closing the deals. Our deal cycles are a mix between short & long cycles.
  • Clear com­mu­ni­ca­tion and admin­is­tra­tion in the CRM.
  • You’re a true Kadonation ambassador, proudly intro­duc­ing yourself to the customer!
  • Focus: B2B sales at companies with 2001000+ FTEs.
  • You work from our office in Ghent (2d/​w) and do customer visits where necessary.

What’s your profile?

  • You are a true hunter and you get energy from closing deals.
  • Strong team spirit, goal-oriented and trans­par­ent com­mu­ni­ca­tion.
  • You have a proactive attitude and a result-oriented attitude.
  • You are a team player and have a positive mindset.
  • You work inde­pen­dent­ly and manage your time effi­cient­ly.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with proven success in cold acqui­si­tion.
  • Your French is perfect and you understand Dutch well. Your English is good.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience in sales with HR as a target group is a strong plus
