We’re hiring…

… a Category Management Assistant who is eager to take their first steps in the wonderful world of purchasing. Your expe­ri­enced colleague will teach you everything there is to know about all the different elements of the Kadonation process. These range from contact with a variety of stake­hold­ers to con­fig­ur­ing products in our own system. Interested in a career as a buyer? Then Kadonation is the place to be!

What are your responsibilities? 

  • Product management: You support the management of our range and the intro­duc­tion of new products to the Kadonation Select platform.
  • You’re respon­si­ble for commercial copy­writ­ing and trans­la­tion NLFR.
  • When purchasing items, you constantly strive for improve­ments and ensure the very best price-quality ratio.
  • You’re the point of contact for internal and external stake­hold­ers when it comes to suppliers and products. You therefore aren’t afraid to pick up the phone. Clear com­mu­ni­ca­tion is key!
  • You actively search for high-quality, new suppliers.
  • You support the category manager with day-to-day commercial and admin­is­tra­tive tasks.


  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • You’re customer-oriented and com­mer­cial­ly minded, but you’re also results-focused.
  • You’re organised and structured and have strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills.
  • You have a positive mindset and are a real problem-solver.
  • You’re stress resistant.
  • You speak fluent Dutch, ideally you’re strong in French and you can also express yourself con­fi­dent­ly in English.
  • Already have experience in a scale-up? That’s a big plus!
  • Another big plus: experience in commercial copy­writ­ing and trans­la­tion
