Gift Manager

Who is Kadonation?

Kadonation was founded in 2016 and is today one of the fastest growing companies in Belgium.

Our scale-up is a dynamic player in the employee and corporate gifts market. Unwrapping the impact of gifting, that’s our motto. And it’s also the reason we built Kadonation Select: an intuitive platform that allows organisations to set up a well-thought-out recognition policy in no time. Our software takes away the administrative burden that comes with employee gift-giving. In short: more appreciation, less hassle!

We’re looking for…

… a Gift Manager to take on responsibility for the management and ongoing development of our gift range. We focus on gifts that leave a lasting impression – from the Kadonation Gift Card to physical gifts in all shapes, sizes and colours, there’s something for everyone. And it’ll be up to you to ensure that our range keeps leaving that unforgettable impression! Last year, that’s exactly what we and our various partners did, more than 300,000 times.

  • Continue to develop and optimise our competitive offering through suppliers of physical gifts and Kadonation Gift Card partners.

  • Negotiate pricing with our partners.

  • Form a key link with Marketing (go-to-market), Operations (ensuring good quality and smooth processes), Product (prioritising the roadmap) and Sales (working in a tandem to surprise our customers).

  • Be part of the management team to help determine the future of Kadonation.

  • Manage the Gifts Officer, who focuses on onboarding new partners and products.

  • Grow new opportunities and branches within Kadonation Select, albeit with a bit of development, perhaps.

  • Project management: keeping the balls in the air for multiple projects at the same time (standard range, occasion-specific range, etc.).

  • Strategic planning and analysis: spotting, focusing and cashing in on opportunities in the range or product. And above all, not being afraid to roll up your sleeves.

  • Set up scalable and efficient processes: to ensure that what you build can also grow successfully.

Who are you?

  • Extensive experience in Product or Category Management.

  • Maturity and leadership: experience with team leadership or management and the ability to make strategic decisions while being hands-on.

  • Driven, action-oriented and pragmatic.

  • A positive communication style that builds connection.

  • Get energy from working together with the different teams that are needed to make something a success, without necessarily having all the answers yourself.

  • Proactivity and taking ownership come very naturally to you.

  • An affinity with our product and a creative mindset when it comes to gift giving.

  • A structured person with project management experience.

  • Perfect Dutch, fluent English and basic French as a nice-to-have.

  • Ability to quickly put something on the market for testing in a lean-startup way, but you also get a thrill out of taking something to the next level.

  • Nice-to-have: experience in our sector, design experience, e‑commerce experience, business analysis, …
