Kadonation was founded in 2016 and is today one of the fastest growing companies in Belgium. We are proud to be part of the Deloitte Fast 50 for the fourth con­sec­u­tive year!

Our scale-up is a dynamic player in the employee and corporate gifts market. Unwrapping the impact of gifting, that’s our motto. And it’s also the reason we built Kadonation Select: an intuitive platform that allows organ­i­sa­tions to set up a well-thought-out recog­ni­tion policy in no time. …a driven Business Developer: a true hunter with commercial flair and an innovative mindset.


At Kadonation, the foundation is already in place: a strong product, satisfied customers, and a solid reputation in Belgium. However, there is still a sea of oppor­tu­ni­ties – across sectors, regions, and especially in the Nether­lands. You are the one who will turn that potential into real growth.

As a Business Developer, you will focus exclu­sive­ly on new business. You open doors, lead strategic con­ver­sa­tions, and close deals that make a difference. You succeed not just by working hard, but by working smart – using creativity, social skills, and modern tools (think social selling).

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties:

  • Expand the market: Proac­tive­ly identify growth oppor­tu­ni­ties in Belgium and the Nether­lands and translate them into targeted actions.
  • Full ownership: From first contact to closing: you manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Outbound driven: You proac­tive­ly reach out through various channels – from cold calls to warm LinkedIn intro­duc­tions.
  • Social selling & creativity: Use modern tools and techniques to put yourself and Kadonation on your prospects’ radar. Video, content, con­nec­tions… you choose what works.
  • Smart prospect­ing: Deeply understand each lead’s context and adapt your approach to their specific needs and structures.
  • Structured work: Organize and manage your activities effi­cient­ly.
  • Team col­lab­o­ra­tion: Work closely with the full go-to-market team (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success).

While our tools and processes ensure automation and efficiency, it’s your human touch that truly makes the difference. You understand the customer, know when to act, and close the deal.

Who are you?

You have…

  • At least 2 years of experience in a (new) business devel­op­ment role.

  • A true hunter mentality: you gain energy from opening doors and are not intim­i­dat­ed by the unknown.

  • A strategic and creative mindset: you respond to your target audience and always seek the most efficient approach.

  • Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, or similar systems.

  • Commercial flair and are a proactive networker.

  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a nice plus.
