Kadonation was founded in 2016 and is one of the fastest growing companies in Belgium.

Our scale-up is a dynamic player in the employee and corporate gifts market. Unwrapping the impact of gifting, that’s our motto. And it’s also the reason we built Kadonation Select: an intuitive platform that allows organ­i­sa­tions to set up a well-thought-out recog­ni­tion policy in no time. We are looking for…

…a temporary, full-time sales support colleague to strengthen our team during the year-end peak! From the end of August (25/08/2025) to mid-December (12/12/2025), you’ll work alongside our experienced sales crew to ensure flawless follow-up of quotes and customer inquiries.

You’ll be the key point of contact for our smaller B2B clients (orders between €5,000 and €10,000) — managing their quote requests, preparing quotes yourself, proactively following up (also by phone), and making sure everything smoothly moves toward a deal.

You’ll also help guide smaller clients through our offering, sometimes via digital meetings. Your work will boost our conversion rates and help us reach our sales goals — a crucial role indeed!

You in a nutshell:

  • You are customer-oriented, commercially minded, and not afraid to pick up the phone.

  • You work accurately and in a structured way, even during stressful moments.

  • You’re independent, but easily coordinate with colleagues when needed.

  • You take a proactive approach and follow up on reminders or opportunities without being prompted.

  • You communicate clearly and professionally in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing. French is a plus.

  • You have an affinity with sales, communication, or marketing. A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not a must.

  • Experience with a CRM system (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) is a great bonus.

  • You are available full-time from August 25 to December 12, 2025 (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) at our office in Ghent.
