… a Gift Manager to take on responsibility for the management and ongoing development of our gift range. We focus on gifts that leave a lasting impression – from the Kadonation Gift Card to physical gifts in all shapes, sizes and colours, there’s something for everyone. And it’ll be up to you to ensure that our range keeps leaving that unforgettable impression! Last year, that’s exactly what we and our various partners did, more than 300,000 times.

Responsibilities:

• Continue to develop and optimise our competitive offering through suppliers of physical gifts and Kadonation Gift Card partners.

• Negotiate pricing with our partners.

• Form a key link with Marketing (go-to-market), Operations (ensuring good quality and smooth processes), Product (prioritising the roadmap) and Sales (working in a tandem to surprise our customers).

• Be part of the management team to help determine the future of Kadonation.

• Manage the Gifts Officer, who focuses on onboarding new partners and products.

• Grow new opportunities and branches within Kadonation Select, albeit with a bit of development, perhaps.

• Project management: keeping the balls in the air for multiple projects at the same time (standard range, occasion-specific range, etc.).

• Strategic planning and analysis: spotting, focusing and cashing in on opportunities in the range or product. And above all, not being afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  Set up scalable and efficient processes: to ensure that what you build can also grow successfully.
