We are looking for…

… a com­mer­cial­ly driven and strate­gi­cal­ly minded Gifting Part­ner­ship Manager, who, together with our Gift Manager, shares respon­si­bil­i­ty for further expanding, optimizing, and struc­tur­ing our gifting assortment.

On the one hand, you actively contribute to selecting and onboarding new vendors for physical gifts on our platform; on the other, you help grow our network of partners behind our gift voucher offering. You also act as an expert in our gifting strategy: you know the capa­bil­i­ties of our vendors inside and out, and you use that knowledge both strate­gi­cal­ly and prac­ti­cal­ly to advise clients, prospects, and colleagues on the right gift at the right time.

In short: you actively help shape our future-proof gifting portfolio – from selecting new vendors and partners to nego­ti­at­ing commercial terms, developing custom gift projects, and analyzing margins.

Where you’ll make a difference

  • Vendor & partner devel­op­ment – You actively seek out new gift partners (products & gift vouchers), negotiate margins and terms, and coordinate their onboarding. You also maintain and strengthen existing rela­tion­ships.

  • Custom projects – Together with Sales and their Gift Expert, you develop creative, tailor-made gift proposals for our B2B clients and manage these projects from briefing to delivery.

  • Commercial insights & opti­miza­tion – You monitor margins and the per­for­mance of our assortment, and based on your findings, propose improve­ments or expansions to the gift portfolio.

  • Process opti­miza­tion & efficiency – You proac­tive­ly contribute ideas on how to improve our processes, tools, and pre­sen­ta­tions to enable faster and more compelling proposals.

  • Col­lab­o­ra­tion & alignment – You work closely with our Gift Manager and other teams within Kadonation, and you coordinate our remote editors to keep the platform offering up to date.

You in a nutshell

  • You have strong commercial flair and feel at home in a context where product, customer, and business come together.

  • You are ana­lyt­i­cal­ly minded and base decisions on margin, data, and market insights.

  • You are a strong com­mu­ni­ca­tor, fluent in both Dutch and English. French is a nice plus.

  • You work accurately and inde­pen­dent­ly, but also enjoy col­lab­o­rat­ing with others.

  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and not afraid to take ownership.

  • You have a keen eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • You have (at least some) experience in category management, pro­cure­ment, or sales.

  • You’re com­fort­able working with Excel or other analytical tools, and eager to learn new systems quickly.
