We are looking for…
…a driven Business Developer: a true hunter with commercial flair and an innovative mindset.
At Kadonation, the foundation is already in place: a strong product, satisfied customers, and a solid reputation in Belgium. However, there is still a sea of opportunities – across sectors, regions, and especially in the Netherlands. You are the one who will turn that potential into real growth.As a Business Developer, you will focus exclusively on new business. You open doors, lead strategic conversations, and close deals that make a difference. You succeed not just by working hard, but by working smart – using creativity, social skills, and modern tools (think social selling).
Your responsibilities:
- Expand the market: Proactively identify growth opportunities in Belgium and the Netherlands and translate them into targeted actions.
- Full ownership: From first contact to closing: you manage the entire sales cycle.
- Outbound driven: You proactively reach out through various channels – from cold calls to warm LinkedIn introductions.
- Social selling & creativity: Use modern tools and techniques to put yourself and Kadonation on your prospects’ radar. Video, content, connections… you choose what works.
- Smart prospecting: Deeply understand each lead’s context and adapt your approach to their specific needs and structures.
- Structured work: Organize and manage your activities efficiently.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the full go-to-market team (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success).
While our tools and processes ensure automation and efficiency, it’s your human touch that truly makes the difference. You understand the customer, know when to act, and close the deal.
Who are you?
You have…
- At least 2 years of experience in a (new) business development role.
- A true hunter mentality: you gain energy from opening doors and are not intimidated by the unknown.
- A strategic and creative mindset: you respond to your target audience and always seek the most efficient approach.
- Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, or similar systems.
- Commercial flair and are a proactive networker.
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a nice plus.
