We are looking for…

… a Growth Marketing Specialist who will elevate our digital growth and per­for­mance. You’ll be our master of conversion and opti­miza­tion, effort­less­ly juggling data and taking action based on it.

You aren’t afraid of an A/B test or two, and you combine sharp analytical insight with a hands-on mentality to con­tin­u­ous­ly improve our website, campaigns, and conversion flows. In this way, you’ll help to effort­less­ly accelerate the flow in which our leads and customers move.

Where you’ll make a difference

Your range of respon­si­bil­i­ties is built around 5 pillars:

  • Website & UX Opti­miza­tion – You optimize the website and user experience (UX) through data analysis and A/B testing to increase conversion.

  • SEO & GEO Strategy – You are respon­si­ble for our online visibility by developing and imple­ment­ing an SEO and GEO strategy.

  • Paid & Per­for­mance Marketing – You are respon­si­ble for the efficient management and opti­miza­tion of paid campaigns (search, social, display), guar­an­tee­ing the ROI and CAC remain within targets through sharp analysis and exper­i­ments.

  • Analytics – You strive for data-driven decision-making by setting up dashboards and reporting (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot), correctly managing tagging and tracking (GTM), etc.

  • Col­lab­o­ra­tion with our Lead Gen Team – Support their campaigns with your expertise in UX, CRO, and paid media, and contribute to growth exper­i­ments.

You in a nutshell

  • You have already built up 3 years of hard skills, including:
    • Expertise in SEO & GEO.

    • Strong knowledge of Web Analytics (GA4, GTM, dashboards).

    • Experience with Paid Media Management.

    • Insight into UX and Marketing Automation (HubSpot or equivalent).
  • You are analytical and results-oriented: your decisions are always data-driven, and you aim for measurable impact.

  • You are a proactive and structured team player who com­mu­ni­cates fluently in Dutch and English.

  • Knowledge of French and/​or experience with the CMS Craft is a big plus.
