We’re hiring…
… an experienced Account Executive to approach prospects and convince them of the power of our Kadonation Select platform. Your focus is on pipeline building, relationship management, closing new sales deals and keeping the CRM database up to date.
What’s the team like?
- The team you’ll be joining focuses on B2B sales in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- The team is responsible for end-to-end sales: everything from outbound sales to inbound follow-up and account management and also does its own lead generation (based on a target list).
- Within the sales team there’s a strong team spirit with transparent, goal-oriented communication.
What are your responsibilities?
- You’re responsible for lead generation and sales of our B2B offering in Belgium.
- You ensure a steady flow of outbound leads (relying on a target list), follow up on them and are also responsible for closing the deals. Our deal cycles are a mix between short & long cycles.
- Clear communication and administration in the CRM
- You’re a true Kadonation ambassador, proudly introducing yourself to the customer!
- Focus: B2B sales at companies with 200‑1000+ FTEs in Flanders and Brussels
- You work from our office in Ghent (preferably 2d/w) and do customer visits where necessary.
What is your profile?
- You have at least 2 years of experience in lead generation and B2B sales.
- You’re passionate about all things sales.
- You’re a team player.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- You speak fluent Dutch and good English.
Perhaps you also have one of these big pluses?
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Experience in sales with HR as the target market
- Excellent French
