We’re hiring…

… an expe­ri­enced Account Executive to approach prospects and convince them of the power of our Kadonation Select platform. Your focus is on pipeline building, rela­tion­ship management, closing new sales deals and keeping the CRM database up to date.

What’s the team like?

  • The team you’ll be joining focuses on B2B sales in Belgium and the Nether­lands.
  • The team is respon­si­ble for end-to-end sales: everything from outbound sales to inbound follow-up and account management and also does its own lead generation (based on a target list).
  • Within the sales team there’s a strong team spirit with trans­par­ent, goal-oriented com­mu­ni­ca­tion.


What are your responsibilities?

  • You’re respon­si­ble for lead generation and sales of our B2B offering in Belgium.
  • You ensure a steady flow of outbound leads (relying on a target list), follow up on them and are also respon­si­ble for closing the deals. Our deal cycles are a mix between short & long cycles.
  • Clear com­mu­ni­ca­tion and admin­is­tra­tion in the CRM
  • You’re a true Kadonation ambassador, proudly intro­duc­ing yourself to the customer!
  • Focus: B2B sales at companies with 2001000+ FTEs in Flanders and Brussels
  • You work from our office in Ghent (preferably 2d/​w) and do customer visits where necessary.


What is your profile?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in lead generation and B2B sales. 
  • You’re passionate about all things sales.
  • You’re a team player.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and good English. 


Perhaps you also have one of these big pluses?

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Experience in sales with HR as the target market
  • Excellent French
