We’re looking for…

… an Account Executive to approach prospects and convince them of the power of our Kadonation Select platform. You’ll take ownership of the Dutch-speaking market within the Benelux and focus on expanding the pipeline and closing deals.

What are your respon­si­bil­i­ties?

  • You’ll be respon­si­ble for lead generation and sales of our B2B platform in Flanders and the Nether­lands.

  • You’ll ensure your own stable flow of outbound leads, follow them up and also be respon­si­ble for closing the deals.

  • Even after the deal is closed, you’ll continue to maintainrela­tion­ship with the customers in your portfolio, focusing on up- and cross-selling to increase recurring revenue.

  • Clear com­mu­ni­ca­tion and admin­is­tra­tion in the CRM.

  • You’ll be an ambassador for Kadonation, which means intro­duc­ing yourself to the customer with pride!

  • Focus: B2B sales at companies in Flanders and the Nether­lands with 1001000+ FTEs.

  • You’ll work from our office in Ghent (2d/​w) and visit customers on site where necessary.

What is your profile?

  • You’re a real hunter and get a thrill out of closing deals with new customers.

  • You’re a go-getter who is not easily dis­cour­aged. You know that your strength lies in a consistent approach.

  • You can tell a story with passion and conviction and have the necessary sales techniques to close a customer.

  • Strong team spirit, goal-oriented and trans­par­ent com­mu­ni­ca­tion.

  • You have a proactive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.

  • You’re a team player and have a positive mindset.

  • You work inde­pen­dent­ly and use your time effi­cient­ly.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with proven successes in cold acqui­si­tion. Do you have more experience? That’s certainly something we’re interested in.

  • Your Dutch and French are perfect and your English is good.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Your experience in sales with HR or marketing as the target group is a big plus.
