We’re looking for…

… An ana­lyt­i­cal­ly strong Operations Officer & Change Analyst. Quite a mouthful, but that’s because it’s a broad role with a range of respon­si­bil­i­ties. You will become part of our Operations team where everyone is focused on B2B order processing but at the same time has their own specialist area based on their skills and strengths.

Your specialist area will be change analysis. We’re looking for someone to help us solve process and pro­duc­tiv­i­ty issues, so that we can function as best as possible as a team during the busy end-of-year period (and beyond). In the long term, this Change Analyst specialism might account for 75% of the role.

You in a nutshell:

  • You have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.

  • You speak perfect Dutch and are not afraid to pick up the phone (and email) in English or French.

  • You have a natural curiosity for finding out why processes are the way they are and a desire to lead the way towards improved ways of working.

  • You have an affinity with IT systems and ideally have experience with ERP systems (we use Zendesk and ClickUp).

  • Admin is your forte: you’re good at keeping on top of everything, are customer-oriented, stress-resistant and love structure.

  • You have a sweet spot for aftercare and problem-solving while still keeping track of everything else that’s going on.

  • You are ana­lyt­i­cal­ly strong and have a keen sense of respon­si­bil­i­ty. Ambition is your middle name.

  • You enjoy working with other teams such as Product, Sales and Gift.

Your responsibilities

  • End-to-end B2B order processing (including aftercare) and managing large quantities of orders during peak periods such as the end-of-year period

  • Answering questions from business customers via various com­mu­ni­ca­tion channels in Dutch, French and English

  • Com­mu­ni­ca­tion with internal teams such as Product, Gift and Sales

  • Following up with the designer for timely delivery of products in corporate branding

  • Preparing quotes and invoices

  • Actively brainstorm about opti­mi­sa­tions that will improve our customer support and make internal processes more efficient

  • Design and implement improve­ments

  • In the long term you’ll become the pivotal figure between business and IT

  • Project management within change -> developing and coor­di­nat­ing opti­mi­sa­tions on the roadmap
