Fantastic news: Kadonation wins Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 in the Digital Commerce category this year and finishes third in the overall ranking. This makes us the fastest growing Digital Commerce company in Belgium, or the third fastest growing company in Belgium overall. And how proud we are.
On Thursday 25 November, Deloitte crowned bicycle leasing company O2O the winner of the Fast 50. This makes O2O the fastest growing tech company in Belgium, with an impressive revenue growth of more than 9,859% over the last four years. On behalf of Kadonation, a big congratulations to the O2O team!

With a revenue growth of 5,629%, Kadonation took third place in the overall ranking, and we won the award for fastest growing Digital Commerce company in Belgium. A real honour. 2021, the breakthrough year
What started out as an idea to make collecting money for a group gift easier, grew into Kadonation Select: an innovative platform for staff gifts and thank yous. Our goal is to help companies make showing their appreciation the most natural thing in the world. In 2018 we were pursuing this ambition with just four people, but now our Kadonation family already has 40+ employees.
In addition, this year we also crossed the border into the Netherlands, where we’ve been up and running with five employees. In the meantime, we’re growing fast, and our customers include some of the largest employers in Belgium and the Netherlands. “Our ambition is to be in the top three of our sector in three years’ time,” says our co-founder and CFO Jelle Van Roosbroeck.
Technology and customer experience at the heart
We of course also have our customers to thank for this growth. By putting the experience of our customers at the heart of what we do, and by continuing to innovate with our technology, we have quickly become an established name. The feedback from our customers is what drives our innovation forward. For example, we are constantly improving the platform, and always looking for ways to make showing appreciation to employees easier and more personal.
We will soon be expanding our platform capabilities considerably. We also want to offer companies the opportunity to provide other thank yous to their employees, for those occasions where a gift isn’t quite right. So that’s coming in the near future.
All this with one goal in mind: to write the next chapter of the Kadonation Select story. To be continued!
